has led the food and beverage business in Halifax since 1974. RCR owns and operates seven of the city’s top restaurants and is the only group of full-service catering professionals in Atlantic Canada who focuses on special event and off-site catering.

RCR employs over 350 people in high season. Besides its restaurants, RCR owns, operates or provides contracted catering services to the Canadian Museum of Immigration at Pier 21, the Lord Nelson Hotel & Suites, The Arms Public House and Cunard Centre, Fresh on the Fly drop off catering and RCR full service off premise catering.
